Cuplock Scaffolding System

Cuplock scaffolding system One of the best-selling scaffolding, it is characterized by the connection method of using metal cups to lock the beams together, no screws, bolts and other accessories are required during the entire construction process. Cuplock scaffolding, like other types of scaffolding, is a temporary network of frames used to support workers during the construction or renovation of a structure. The overall stability and ease of assembly of the cuplock scaffolding system make it the first choice for many construction projects.

Cuplock Standard / Vertical

Cuplock standard is manufactured from 48mm OD MS round tubes and can be supplied in various sizes according to customer requirements. Cup joints are welded at 500 mm intervals. The top cup is made of malleable casting to withstand harsh field handling, and the welded bottom cup is pressed from high-quality steel. The first cup from the bottom is placed 80mm to 100mm from the bottom of the pipe.

Cuplock Ledger / Horizontal

Cuplock Ledger is used to make a strong adhesive to withstand uneven field treatments. Forged Ledger blades are welded at both ends and fit between vertical top and bottom cups.

Cuplock Ledger round tubing is available in 48mm outer diameter and 3mm thickness. The minimal protrusion of the blade avoids damage during handling, and the uniform size makes the cup joint strong.

Base Jack

The function of Base Jack is to level the bottom of the scaffolding to ensure the balance and stability of the cuplock scaffolding system. When using the base jack, it is necessary to pad the bottom or fix the Base Jack.

The base is the main component of the cup lock system as it is the last member through which all system loads are transferred to the soil.
