Drop forged coupler can improve the efficiency of scaffolding removal and save man-hours. Due to advanced technology, Drop forged swivel coupler has stronger anti-deformation and anti-stretching properties, is more suitable for scaffolding use, has a firm structure and is not easy to slip. Anti-rust treatment makes the forged swivel coupler have a longer service life. The scaffolding coupler is passivated and surface galvanized for anti-rust treatment. The corrosion resistance of drop forged swivel coupler is better than that of ordinary couplers. All forged couplers use high-frequency electric furnaces to heat carbon structural steel of different specifications to 950℃-1050℃ austenite state. After 4000KN one-time forging, its organization structure and mechanical properties can be improved, there by improving the plasticity and mechanical properties of swivel coupler.
