Heavy Duty Steel Props are heavy-duty adjustable single vertical steel scaffolding prop columns with larger inner and outer tube sizes, designed for thick slab and beam formwork prop. They are highly load-bearing, easy to install, adjustable, and safe and reliable, making them ideal for high-load concrete formwork construction.
Heavy Duty Steel Props are also called acrow prop, construction props, post shores, or screw prop. According to the load-bearing capacity, Heavy Duty Steel Props are divided into 10K column support frames and 20K steel props frames. According to the maximum adjustable height, steel props also have typical sizes, such as 350 steel props and 550 steel props.

1. Is Post Shore compatible with fork heads, cross heads and U heads?
A: There are holes on both the top and bottom plates of the post shore. These holes are compatible with forehead heads, U heads and cross heads. Insert the pins of the top head into the holes on the top plate of the post shore to support the formwork concrete.
2.What is the anti-corrosion surface treatment of Post Shore?
A: The heavy duty post shore is made of steel. The surface treatment of steel props includes galvanizing and coating. Galvanized steel prop include cold galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing (HDG). Coating steel props include painting and powder coating. You can consult the prices of all different treatments and make a decision after comparison.

Adjustable Steel Props Components
Adjustable steel props are temporary steel vertical props columns consisting of components such as inner tubes, outer tubes, strut sleeves, G-pins, bottom and top plates, and strut nuts with handles. The raw materials of these components are all made of steel, including steel tubes, steel plates, and cast iron strut fittings.
1.The inner tubes of the struts are smaller in diameter than the outer tubes; they usually have holes for inserting the outer tubes during construction and support.
2. The outer tube has a larger diameter than the inner tube and is integrally formed with the propeller sleeve.
3. The propeller sleeve has the same diameter as the outer tube and is threaded. The sleeve is usually provided with notches for installing the propeller G-pin and fixing the inner tube at the desired height.
4. The strut G-pins are G-shaped solid rods. They are used as locking pins to fix the adjustable steel struts at the desired height.
5. The strut nuts are installed on the strut sleeves, which have internal threads and nut handles. The strut nuts can be rotated up and down by hand to fine-tune the height, thereby achieving precise height settings during construction.

Features of steel props
1.Adjustable to your desired height: The steel props is telescopic and can be closed or opened to support the height you want.

How to use Post Shore Props
1. Adjust to the desired height according to construction needs
2. Fix the post G pin into the hole of the inner tube and the slot of the outer tube sleeve.
3. Gently turn the propeller nut on the propeller sleeve to ensure the height is accurate and there is no play.
Adjust the inner tube to the desired approximate height. Keep the outer tube stable by placing the foot on the bottom plate.
Insert the pin through an adjacent hole in the inner tube
After the pillar is vertical, the height can be adjusted slightly by turning the collar clockwise. This will rotate the inner tube.
