Scaffolding Steel Props Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting equipment can produce a hole in 0.8 seconds and cut an inner tube in 50 seconds. This allows us to easily achieve an annual production capacity of 660,000 heavy-duty steel props.
All tubes of the scaffolding shoring posts are laser cut instead of punched with a regular punch. All our welders meet EU welding quality requirements.
EK Scaffolding manufacture currently has 4 laser cutting machines. The cut ends of the post shore steel pipes are smooth and burr-free after cutting, reducing the time of manual grinding. It can realize the automated production of post shore, including automatic loading, cutting, unloading of steel pipes, and the cutting speed of post shore can be adjusted. Using laser cutting machines can improve work efficiency, save costs, and provide customers with the most cost-effective post shore.

Scaffolding Steel Props Welding

All welding processes for scaffolding acrow props are machine-automatic welding, rather than manual welding, which improves production efficiency and quality.The threaded sleeve and base plate of the shoring post jack will be welded by the shoring post jack welding machine. This welding method can be directly welded without any joints, which can improve the productivity and accuracy of the shoring post jack.

Measurement of Zinc Thickness by Hot-dip Galvanized Scaffolding Props

Details of Scaffolding Prop Pallet Packing

Our scaffolding props are packed with brand new steel pallets.
In order to ensure the stability of the pallet after scaffolding props are packed, each pallet is bound and fixed with steel straps.

Loading of Scaffolding Steel Props

When the production of the steel props ordered by the customer is finished and all the packaging is completed, the packing of the goods is according to customer's requirement or the general way of export packing. EK professional QC documentary staff will take photos, and the sales staff will send them to the customer, and inform the customer of the packing time.

Inspection Process of Scaffolding Prop

After the raw materials arrive at the factory, we will first conduct the first inspection of the raw materials, and only after all the dimensions meet the product specifications will they be officially put into production. The whole production process is supervised by professional producers. Each time a production process is completed, corresponding dimensional and quality inspections will be carried out. The data and results of each process inspection will be reported and entered into the system one by one. After each size of the final product has no problem, an inspection report of post shore will be made according to the detailed pictures of the inspection and provided to the customer, and finally the product will be packaged and loading container.

How to Properly Install Adjustable Steel Props

When you choose to use steel supports, you must first know the height of the building so that you can choose a scaffolding props with a suitable adjustment range.
Adjust the inner tube to the desired approximate height. Keep the outer tube stable by placing the foot on the bottom plate.
Insert the pin through an adjacent hole in the inner tube.
After the pillar is vertical, the height can be adjusted slightly by turning the collar clockwise. This will rotate the inner tube.
