Production Process of Scaffolding Prop

The production process of scaffolding steel prop is complex and cumbersome, including the following:

Inner tube: Cutting Tube→ Punching→ Welding Bottom Plate.

Outer tube: Cutting Tube→ Rolling Threaded Tube→ Punching Oval Hole→ Welding Threaded Tube→ Welding Bottom Plate.

Accessories: G pin→ Forged Pin→ Nuts (coated sand/precision casting)→ Handles.

Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized.

Assembly→ Reaming→ Labeling→ Palletizing (steel tape) →Labeling→ Loading Container→ Make Inspection Photos→ Make Loading Photos.

Inspection Process of Scaffolding Prop

After the raw materials arrive at the factory, we will first conduct the first inspection of the raw materials, and only after all the dimensions meet the product specifications will they be officially put into production. The whole production process is supervised by professional producers. Each time a production process is completed, corresponding dimensional and quality inspections will be carried out. The data and results of each process inspection will be reported and entered into the system one by one. After each size of the final product has no problem, an inspection report of scaffolding prop will be made according to the detailed pictures of the inspection and provided to the customer, and finally the product will be packaged and loading container.

Measurement of Zinc Thickness by Hot-dip galvanized Scaffolding Prop

The Hot-dip galvanizing quality of the scaffolding prop is very important, which will affect the service life of the product when it works outdoors, so most customers who have high surface treatment requirements choose the hot-dip galvanizing process. Our factory cooperates with the largest local galvanizing factory with the best galvanizing quality. And each batch of scaffolding prop has a special person to supervise the process of galvanizing. After the scaffolding prop is galvanized, our workers will inspect and repair the galvanized quality of each steel support to ensure that every steel support produced from our factory meets the quality requirements 100%.

Details of Scaffolding Prop Pallet Packing

Our scaffolding props are packed with brand new steel pallets.
In order to ensure the stability of the pallet after scaffolding props are packed, each pallet is bound and fixed with steel straps.
We placed cardboard under each steel strip to greatly reduce the probability of damage caused by friction between the steel strip and the scaffolding props surface.

Loading Of Scaffolding Steel Props

When the production of the steel prop ordered by the customer is finished and all the packaging is completed, the packing of the goods is according to customer's requirement or the general way of export packing. EK professional QC documentary staff will take photos, and the sales staff will send them to the customer, and inform the customer of the packing time.

    TRIPOD & FORK HEAD

    TABLE HEAD

Proper Way to Use A Scaffolding Prop

When you choose to use steel supports, you must first know the height of the building so that you can choose a scaffolding prop with a suitable adjustment range.
Adjust the inner tube to the desired approximate height. Keep the outer tube stable by placing the foot on the bottom plate.
After the pillar is vertical, the height can be adjusted slightly by turning the collar clockwise. This will rotate the inner tube.
Insert the pin through an adjacent hole in the inner tube.

Application of Scaffolding Prop

All support systems must be adjustable in height so that the formwork can be placed at the correct height and removed after the concrete has cured. Usually formwork steel prop is used to support the formwork system. There are also some formwork systems that use a metal frame to support the tower, to which a steel plank is fastened. In this method, the adjustable formwork steel prop is bolted through the adjustment holes.
