The scaffold ladder access gates are mainly composed of curved square pipe, steel mesh, steel sheet, scaffolding coupler, spring and so on. The spring ensures that scaffolding spring gate closes automatically and smoothly, which facilitates the safe entry and exit of scaffolding. The tube scaffold swing gate is mounted on top of a high ladder to ensure the safety of workers working along the ladder.

Features of scaffolding ladder access trap door

The scaffold ladder trap door is designed to prevent falling from a height through an internal ladder access point within the scaffold, the usual size is 710mm*580mm with 10.45kg/pc. Simply mount the rear bracket on the toe plate for easy assembly and quickly tighten the ladder trapdoor by tightening the retaining bolts is a quick, simple and rugged solution. The scaffolding ladder hatch can be held in the open position by simply moving the latch down. Ladder trapdoors are the flattest on the market because of their design using flat steel bands, welded mesh, and the fact that they can be dropped by a handle, making them the most suitable solution for avoiding tripping hazards. The general surface treatment is mostly orange powder coating, as illustrated in the following pictures:
