Kwikstage Scaffolding Standard / Vertical

Kwikstage scaffolding standard is the vertical structural member of the scaffolding system, made of Φ48.3x 4mm tube. Standard has V-stampings on 495mm centers to provide anchor points for transoms, ledgers, brackets, Hop up etc and secure a socket at the top.
V-shaped presses allow them to hold transoms, ledgers, brackets or Hop-ups. Each standard is locked vertically by securing the expansion joint pins and tightened by hammering the securing box wedges.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Ledger / Horizontal

Kwikstage scaffolding ledgers are placed horizontally along the length of the scaffolding and form a fixed distance between Kwikstage scaffolding standard. All sizes are produced from the same 48OD x 4MM tubing as standard. Socket and captive wedge arrangements at each end allow for easy coupling and uncoupling of "V" stampings. Ledgers range in size from 0.5M to 2.4M and provide workers with support for various Kwikstage and templating applications.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Diagonal Brace

Kwikstage system scaffolding diagonal braces, also known as bay braces, are a primary scaffolding component that provide additional strength to a structure and keep it stable. The Kwikstage Scaffolding Diagonal Brace is made from 48.3mm diameter tubing with swivel C-sections and wedges at both ends, and secures a "V" brace on a Kwikstage scaffolding standard. Their function is to provide lateral and vertical support for the scaffolding structure. They resist swaying forces from wind and horizontal loads imposed on the scaffold by worker movement.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Transoms

The Kwikstage Scaffolding Transom fits into a standard lower "V" compression to carry the steel plate, creating a safe working platform. The Kwikstage Scaffolding Transom is constructed from two 5.00mm steel angles welded back to back, each transom is available in a variety of sizes, ranging from 0.7M to 2.4M, and can accommodate 3 to 10 planks. Usually constructed of galvanized steel, ensure that each beam is equipped with the ability to support equipment and workers.
