The Cuplock scaffolding ledger is made of 48.3 mm tube and features symmetrical forged blade ends, making the beams and crossbars completely interchangeable and quickly assembled. The horizontal components are embedded in the cup-shaped structure of the standard scaffolding to form the basic span size. The surface treatment methods are hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating or painting, which can protect the surface of the cuplock ledger from long-lasting rust and lower cost.
