Ringlock Scaffolding Standards

Ringlock scaffolding system are widely used in the civil, industrial, oil and gas, offshore and staging industries.

 

The Ringlock scaffolding system is composed of parts with ringlock standard, and the standard length of Ringlock is 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 4m. Ring locks are welded to the pipe in 0.50 m increments. Diagonal Brackets: Made from OD 48.3mm scaffolding tubing.

 

Ringlock Standards are divided into three styles: Fixed Spigot Ringlock Standards, Bolted Spigot Ringlock Standard and Open End Ringlock Standards. Among them, the Bolted Spigot Ringlock Standard is the most commonly used, and this bolted standard spot is detachable. The Ringlock Standard can be used with scaffolding adjustable U-head jacks or fixed U-heads to support concrete slabs and beams while you remove bolts and nuts and connecting pins. Ringlock Standards can also be used with the base Jack when the ground is uneven.

EK produces high quality Ringlock Standard Scaffolds are surface treated before shipment for color and corrosion resistance. The most common treatments are powder coating, galvanizing and painting.

For steel, we offer hot dip galvanized and cold galvanized galvanized.

Hot Dip – Dip steel into a bath of molten zinc to form a durable and tough zinc alloy layer. It provides maximum corrosion protection for steel when used outdoors.

Cold - Zinc is sprayed onto the steel at the desired thickness at a controlled rate from all angles. It provides basic corrosion protection for interior applications.
