Scaffolding blog

  • Common scaffolding couplers on the market include single couplers and double couplers. A double coupler is a scaffolding clamp that connects two intersecting steel pipes. Based on the connection angle, it can be divided into right-angle couplers and swivel couplers. Based on the manufacturing process, it can be divided into pressed couplers and drop-forged couplers.
  • The adjustable base jack, with its fixed base plate, is ideal for ensuring the stability of scaffolding systems. It's ideal for use in construction, whether building construction or working on various equipment requiring stable support. The screw jack, the essential base of a scaffold, is adjustable in both height and angle, allowing for adjustments on uneven surfaces to maintain the stability of the scaffolding system.

  • Swivel couplers are used to connect two steel pipes that intersect at any angle, making them useful for creating multi-angle scaffolding systems. These scaffolding couplers can rotate, allowing for flexible angles, and are primarily used for diagonal bracing in scaffolding structures.
  • Base jacks and U-Head Jacks are collectively referred to as adjustable scaffolding screws and are part of an adjustable scaffolding system. Their primary function is to provide vertical support for the scaffolding system, allowing for height and level adjustment.
  • The eighth laser tube cutting machine is currently undergoing commissioning. This machine features a 6 kW power output, a precision chuck, a follow-up bracket, and a zero-waste design.
