How To Use The Cuplock Scaffolding?

How to Use the Cuplock Scaffolding？

1. Install the base plate: Install the base plate and base jack on a level surface.

3. Install the cuplock ledger: Insert the blades at both ends of the cuplock ledger into the cup locking device of the cuplock standard.

4. Lock the cuplock ledger: Rotate the top cup in the cup locking device of the cuplock standard and secure it by tapping with a hammer.

5. Install the cuplock diagonal brace: Install the cuplock diagonal brace to enhance stability and ensure the safety and stability of the scaffolding structure.

6. Install the working platform: Install the scaffolding walk boards on the cuplock ledgers, and add guardrails and toe boards for safety.

7. Repeat assembly: Use connecting pins to connect the second layer of cuplock standards, and repeat the installation of cuplock ledgers, cuplock diagonal braces, scaffolding planks, and other components.
