Surface Treatment
Heavy duty steel props are treated with surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, or powder coating to improve corrosion resistance. EK Scaffolding guarantees a minimum hot-dip galvanizing thickness of 50 microns and a minimum electro-galvanizing thickness of 10 microns.

Ordinary heavy duty steel props have dense threads and slow rotation speed. To address the slow rotation speed issue, we have adopted a Double-ended thread design, which ensures the load-bearing capacity of the steel prop while increasing the rotation speed.
