All forged couplers use high-frequency electric furnaces to heat carbon structural steel of different specifications to 950℃-1050℃ austenite state. After 4000KN one-time forging, its organization structure and mechanical properties can be improved, thereby improving the plasticity and mechanical properties of swivel coupler.
