The scaffolding manufacturer introduced two welding robots for welding scaffolding. The first test was the welding of the acrow prop fixed head, and everyone was very satisfied with the results. Compared with manual welding products, the finished products welded by robots have smoother and flatter welds, fuller interfaces, and no splashes and uneven places. And the entire welding process only requires two workers to assist in placing the materials.

One of the two robots introduced by the factory is a 3-meter welding robot, which can weld all products within 3 meters. For example, scaffolding plank, steel prop, ringlock scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding, base jack and other scaffolding complete pieces and spare parts.

At present, the factory welding is the fixed head with steel prop, which is widely used and may be used in all construction industries. The welding robot can weld 8 steel fixed head at a time, and the left and right sides are alternately welded. It only takes 30s to complete one steel fixed head. It greatly improves the output value of the factory and ensures that the factory can complete the order on time and in quantity.

As you can see, the acrow prop fixed head welded by the robot has very smooth and smooth welding seams around it, and there is almost no spatter. Therefore, the steel fork head after robot welding hardly needs to be polished, and it can be directly galvanized and shipped after drying. The whole welding process can reduce the grinding process and time of workers, and the galvanized material is stronger.

From the perspective of scaffolding manufacturers, welding robots can reduce the number of defective steel prop fixed head and ensure the construction period and product quality. In addition, according to customer feedback, the steel fixed heads produced by welding robots are more beautiful and have a longer service life.
