We have a fixed raw material supplier. After the customer places an order, we can purchase steel pipes and steel plates that meet the requirements in a timely manner.
② Use thread rolling machine to roll steel pipe
The purchased steel pipes will first be inspected by professionals to ensure that the size and wall thickness meet the requirements. The steel pipes after inspection will be threaded by a thread rolling machine.
③ Use laser cutting machine to cut Base Jack according to the size of the design drawing
Cutting and grinding according to the base jack size will make the steel pipe smoother.
④ Perform external chamfering on Base Jack to make the cut smoother and install nuts more convenient
⑤ Use laser cutting machine to cut Base Plate according to the size requirements and shape on the design drawing
We will use a laser cutting machine or a shearing machine to cut the steel plate, and punch and stamp the base plate according to the design requirements.
⑥ Stamp Base Plate
⑦ Place Base Jack and bottom plate on automatic welding equipment for welding
We will weld the processed steel pipe and base plate. We use machine welding, which can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
⑧ The welded equipment is surface treated as required, including electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, spraying and painting
After welding, the weld will be inspected, and the screw jack that meets the requirements will be surface treated, such as galvanizing, spraying, painting, etc.
⑨ Install nuts and destroy teeth
After the surface treatment is completed, install the nut into the screw jack to adjust the height of the screw jack. After the nut is installed, the screw jack needs to be destroyed to prevent the nut from rotating and falling out of the screw jack.
