1.Product Description
A scaffold base plate is a flat steel fitting placed under vertical scaffold standards to distribute load and provide a stable footing on hard, level ground. Use scaffolding base plates to protect the the floor where scaffold structures will be placed, to prevent them from damaging the surface.
Scaffolding base plates are a crucial component of all scaffolding system. They are mounted at the bottom of each scaffolding leg, providing a stable and level foundation for the scaffold.
A base plate use a solid piece of material that has enough strength and sturdiness to serve as the surface to fix channel supports. They are typically made of steel or aluminium and are designed to distribute the load of the stand evenly to the ground. The scaffolding base plate provides stability and prevents the jack from slipping or toppling.
The size of scaffolding base plate can be divided into 50mm, 110mm, 120mm, 140mm, 150mm and so on according to EN74 / BS1139 standard and can customize according to your requirements.
