Shoring Panel Bearing

Manufactured by EK Scaffolding, the shoring panel bearing is designed for the installation of concrete formwork and embedded components. It mounts onto the top of post shores and is secured via T-spring bolts or mounting fixtures. These bearings serve as load-bearing supports for modular concrete slab formwork system.

Shoring Panel Bearing Key Functions

Alignment and Connection: Ensures a secure, friction-locked connection; facilitates the tight, uniform locking of formwork panels—whether at the slab perimeter or within the layout—to achieve perfect joint alignment.

Load Transfer: Safely transfers the substantial gravity loads exerted by wet concrete from the modular slab formwork, through the shoring posts, down to the ground or the hardened slab below.

Beam-Free Assembly: As part of a rapid-assembly system, it enables workers to install and dismantle slab formwork from below, eliminating the need for secondary beams.

Secure Locking: Works in conjunction with mounting fixtures and bolts to prevent accidental displacement during the concrete pouring process.
