Common scaffolding couplers on the market include single couplers and double couplers. A double coupler is a scaffolding clamp that connects two intersecting steel pipes.
Based on the connection angle, it can be divided into right angle couplers and swivel couplers.
Right-angle coupler
The double coupler we often refer to is usually a right-angle coupler. A right-angle coupler has a fixed center joint and can only connect two steel pipes at a 90-degree angle. It is commonly used for horizontal and vertical connections during scaffolding construction.
Swivel coupler
The center joint of a swivel coupler is usually fixed with bolts and can connect two steel pipes at any angle. It has a wider range of uses than a right-angle coupler and can be used on uneven surfaces. It is often used to secure diagonal braces during scaffolding construction.
Based on the manufacturing process, it can be divided into pressed couplers and drop-forged couplers.
Pressed couplers
Because pressed couplers have a lower load-bearing capacity than drop-forged couplers, they are generally used in lightweight construction projects. We have provided Japanese style scaffolding couplers, British style pressed double couplers, and Italian style double couplers to many customers.
Drop forged couplers
Drop forged couplers are often used in large construction projects and have a high load-bearing capacity. We can customize scaffolding couplers to meet customer requirements and provide SGS testing certificates. We currently offer British style scaffolding couplers, American style scaffolding couplers, German style scaffolding couplers, and Holland style forged swivel couplers. We have extensive experience and case studies with these scaffolding couplers and can provide references for our customers. We also offer a variety of Special-shaped drop forged couplers.
