EK-Cuplock Transom-1
48.3*3.2mm or as you
Q235
Zinc-Plated
According to the specification you need
Cuplock scaffolding standard verticals are typically made of high-strength steel tubing with an outer diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 3.2 mm or 4 mm, ranging in length from 0.5 m to 3 m. A pair of cup-shaped connectors are welded to this tubing every 500 mm as a locking device. Uprights can be connected using fasteners such as pipe clamps and internal clamps. Alternatively, a 150 mm pin can be fixed to the top of the upright for upward connection. Cuplock scaffolding standard, also known as cuplock scaffolding vertical, is an important component of the cuplock scaffolding system. It connects horizontal crossbars and uprights via cup-shaped locking devices, securing them without additional fittings.
Cuplock Components
Standard (Vertical): Provides primary vertical support and connects to components such as the Ledger and Diagonal Braces.
Ledger (Horizontal): The horizontal bar of the Cuplock, connected to the Standard, providing support for the work platform and distributing loads.
Diagonal Braces: Provide lateral stability to the Cuplock scaffolding, preventing swaying and collapse; can be secured to the Standard.
Base Jack: Installed at the bottom of the Standard to adjust the level of the Cuplock scaffolding on uneven ground.
Scaffolding Plank: Installed on the Ledger, providing a stable work platform.

Cuplock scaffolding vertical key features and standards
Locking mechanism: Horizontal components are locked in place via a unique cup-shaped joint, achieving a secure and reliable connection through hammering.
Production standards: BS1139, OSHA, ANSI, and CSA standards.
Component Specifications: Constructed from high-quality steel, all components undergo strength and safety testing.
Material Quality: Cuplock scaffolding vertical components are tested according to standards such as BS1139, and the strength of the cup joints is measured before mass production.
Surface Treatment: Cuplock Vertical components undergo galvanizing or painting for corrosion and rust prevention.
Product Advantage
A. High quality materials, higher quality.
Material--The product material is Q235 or Q345 carbon steel which is higher than the standard as the raw material.
Quality assurance, not easy to crush deformation.
B. Advanced technology, better performance
Products using advanced technology, avoid the production malpractice of old craft, causes the product the anti-deformation and the anti-stretching performance to be stronger, more fits the scaffolding.
C. Anti-rust treatment, longer service life.
After passivation and surface galvanized anti-rust treatment, it is corrosion resistance is better than the ordinary tubes, longer service life.
D. Standard production, more secure.
According to the professional design and advanced technology, all products are manufactured in strict accordance with EN74 and BS1139 standards, quality guarantee, ensure construction safety and personnel safety.
