HDG Galvanized Cuplock Scaffolding Standard Vertical Cuplock System
Product Description
The standard of cuplock scaffolding is the Vertical parts of the cup lock system scaffold. Cup lock standard are principally used in access scaffolding application and also as a base structure for formwork support application.
Cuplock standard components are manufactured from high-quality 48.3mm x 3.2mm EN10219 steel tubes. provided in cup joints welded at 500 mm intervals with captive rotating top-cups securing up to 4 components and welded bottom cup pressed from high quality steel . The lowest bottom is 80 mm from the of the standard to give the improved structural strength.
1) Cuplock Scaffolding Main Parts
Standard (Vertical): Provides primary vertical support and connects to components such as the Ledger and Diagonal Braces.
Ledger (Horizontal): The horizontal bar of the cuplock scaffolding, connected to the Standard, providing support for the work platform and distributing loads.
Diagonal Braces: Provide lateral stability to the cuplock scaffolding, preventing swaying and collapse; can be secured to the Standard.
Base Jack: Installed at the bottom of the Standard to adjust the level of the cuplock scaffolding on uneven ground.
Scaffolding Plank: Installed on the Ledger, providing a stable work platform.
