Base Jack
EK
73084000
39mm / 48.3mm
Q235
Hot-Dip Galvanized
2-30KG
Like a regular base jack, the 1500mm base jack is used to level scaffolding systems on uneven ground and ensure their stability. 1500mm base jacks are available in hollow and solid versions. The biggest difference between hollow and solid base jacks is their weight and applicable project range. However, hollow base jacks can now meet the support needs of most projects. We recently began producing 1500mm hollow base jacks.
Components of a 1500mm Base Jack
Base Plate: Typically made of 8mm thick steel plate, cut into 150mm*150mm pieces using a laser cutting machine. Then, it is stamped and shaped by a stamping machine.
Base Jack: Made of 39mm*6.5mm steel pipe, threaded and cut into 1500mm pieces.
Sleeve pipe: Made of 48.3mm*3.2mm hot-pressed seamless steel pipe, cut into 300mm sections using a laser pipe cutter.
Nuts: Installed in the base jack for adjusting its height.

1500mm Base Jack Parameters
Material: Q355 steel pipe, Q235 steel pipe, Q235 steel plate
Weight: 10.72kg
Length: 1500mm
Color: Gray, Black, Silver
Surface Treatment: Galvanized
Applications: Compatible with scaffolding systems such as ringlock scaffolding system, cuplock scaffolding system, kwikstage scaffolding system, and frame scaffolding system.

Advantages of EK's 1500mm Base Jack
Each base jack undergoes a burr-free, rounded cut after cutting, allowing for easy insertion of nuts.
The base jack uses a rounded thread design, ensuring smooth nut movement.
Welding is performed using a combination of manual labor and welding machines, improving production efficiency, reducing defect rates, and ensuring each weld is full and robust.
The surface is galvanized for corrosion and rust prevention, extending the lifespan of the base jack.
In conclusion, EK scaffolding has extensive experience in producing scaffolding base jacks. In addition to providing standard sizes, they also offer custom-made base jacks to meet specific customer needs.
