A Kwikstage Truss Transom is a heavy-duty, reinforced horizontal bearer used in Kwikstage scaffolding to support scaffold planks and carry greater loads than standard transoms. It is highly useful in pedestrian areas and for bridging spans in large-scale construction.

Kwikstage truss transoms are reinforced transoms of the kwikstage scaffolding system, designed with double horizontal chords to carry greater loads than standard kwikstage transoms. They are used to receive scaffold planks without hooks （kwikstage boards)) and aluminium stairs in kwikstage scaffolding, which provides safe pedestrian access and bridging in large-scale construction.
