We often see ringlock scaffolding systems in bridge projects, tunnel projects, housing construction, indoor and outdoor decoration, stage construction, party stands and other places. The ringlock scaffolding system is one of the mainstream scaffolding systems at present. The advantages of this scaffolding system are good stability, easy transportation and construction, and simple construction process.

When installing the ringlock scaffolding system, you should first install the ringlock scaffolding standard, then install the ringlock ledger, and finally install the ringlock diagonal brace. After forming the basic structure, you can extend it on this basis and finally build a complete ringlock scaffolding system.


Key points for Ringlock scaffolding construction

1. Determine the erection range according to the drawings, lay out according to the dimensions on the drawings, and adjust according to the actual situation during construction.

2. After laying out, place the adjustable base plate to the corresponding position. When placing, pay attention to adjusting the base plate wrench to the balanced position. Then put the ringlock standard on the top of the adjustable base jack, insert the ringlock ledger into the ringlock, and tighten the pin to fix the ledger.

3. After the erection is completed, adjust the height of the adjustable base  so that the entire ringlock scaffolding system remains at the same horizontal plane, and the exposed length of the adjustable base adjustment screw should not be greater than 300mm.

4. Arrange the vertical diagonal bars according to the requirements of the plan. According to the requirements of the specification and the actual erection conditions on site, the vertical diagonal bars are generally arranged in two forms, one is a matrix spiral type (i.e. lattice column form), and the other is an "eight" symmetrical form (or "V" symmetrical). The specific implementation is based on the plan.

5. After the erection height reaches the design height requirement, the ringlock scaffolding system needs to be inspected before pouring concrete.

6. The ringlock scaffolding system should meet the design requirements, be horizontal and stable, and there should be no looseness or hanging between the accessories.

7. The cantilever length of the adjustable bracket and adjustable base jack extending out of the horizontal rod must meet the design requirements;

8. Check whether the pin plate of the vertical diagonal rod of the support frame is tight and parallel to the vertical rod; whether the pin plate of the horizontal rod is perpendicular to the horizontal rod;

9. Check whether the installation position, quantity and form of various rods meet the design requirements;

10. All pin plates of the support frame must be in a locked state; the cantilever position must be accurate, the horizontal rods and vertical diagonal rods of each stage must be installed completely, the pin plates must be installed tightly, and all safety protections must be in place;

11. The corresponding safety measures such as the horizontal safety net must meet the requirements of the special construction plan;

12. The construction records and quality inspection records of the erection should be timely and complete.


In this process, the erection and dismantling of the ringlock scaffolding must be participated by trained professionals, and the first-floor vertical rods, horizontal rods, vertical diagonal rods, and platform steel springboards must be erected with reasonable step distances and standardized use after safety acceptance. Anyone entering the construction site must wear a safety helmet, and each operator on the frame must be equipped with non-slip gloves, non-slip shoes and safety belts.
