1. Welding
EK Scaffolding uses laser automatic welding machines for welding ringlock ledgers and standard ringlocks. We currently have one vertical ringlock automatic welding machine and two horizontal ringlock automatic welding machines. The Ringlock vertical automatic welding machine automatically feeds pipes, threading the coils, and welds them. Twelve welding machines operate simultaneously, performing automatic girth welding, removing defective welds, and automatically removing parts. Robots automatically stack pallets, ensuring a complete cycle. This welding method produces full welds, free of burrs, empty welds, and other defects.
The Ringlock horizontal automatic welding machine features two high-performance pulse welding units, primarily used for welding ringlock and cuplock ledgers. This single unit automatically performs assembly removal, electric welding, and girth welding, requiring only one assistant. This system is 2-3 times more efficient than traditional manual welding. The Ringlock horizontal automatic welding machine can weld at least 2,700 crossbars per day, ensuring the factory can quickly meet production requirements.
2. Surface Treatment
We also offer a variety of surface treatments for corrosion and rust prevention, including powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing, pre-galvanizing, and painting.
3. Quality Inspection
We regularly perform quality inspections on ringlock scaffolding components, including raw material and weld penetration testing, finished product load testing, and zinc layer thickness testing. EK scaffolding provides test reports for every order.
